WEDDING.

MORTON—ANDREWS. The wedding was solemnised at St. Peter’s Anglican Cathedral, recently, between Ngai"e, only daughter of Mr and Mrs Lawrence Andrews, Hamilton, and Cyril James, younger son of Mr and Mrs W. T. Morton, Wellington. The church was beautifully decorated for the occasion. The Rev. Mr Smallfleld performed the ce”emony. The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a princess gown of ivory georgette and lace, closely moulded to the figure. Her veil of silk net, which fell to form a train, was worn well off the face, and was finished with clusters of orange blossom. She carried a sheaf of lilium aratum. The matron of honour was Mrs Dorrie Barr (sister of the bridegroom)', who wore a gown of apple green georgette and lace, with smart hat of summer felt to tone. She carried a sheaf of pink dahlias and African daisies. The bridesmaid, Miss Audrey Andrews (cousin of the bride) wore a frock of briar rose souple satin) and a blue crinoline hat, and oarried pink flowers to tone. The best man was Mr T. Morton (the bridegroom’s brother) and Mr Maurice Andrews (brother of the bride) was groomsman. The reception was held at The Wattle Tea Rooms. Mrs Andrews, (mother of the bride), wearing a model frock of black lace and smart pedal straw hat. Her bouquet was of pink Madonna lilies. Mrs Morton (mother of the bridegroom) wore a graceful laoe gown of royal blue, with hat to 'tone, and carried a bouquet of autumn-tinted flowers. The bride travelled in a smartlycut ensemble of blue kasha cloth and hat to match. Their future home will be in Wellington.
