STRIKE IN PARIS.
PROTEST AGAINST ECONOMIES. SERVICES DISLOCATED. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright (Received Feb. 21, 10.30 a.m.) •PARIS, Feb. 20. Protesting against the wages outs, Paris postmen struck for two hours, when telephones and telegraphs ceased operation at 11 o’clock this morning, causing extreme dislocation. During the busiest period buses and trams halted abruptly in mid-street for ton minutes. The underground railways were not affected.
