STRUCTURALLY WEAK. BUILDING TO BE STRENGTHENED. "Structurally Ihc horse bazaar is weak, in fact, it is dangerous," said Mr F. A. Snell, at the meeting of the Waikato Winter Show Association this morning in outlining remedial measures. Mr Snell explained that the committee which was dealing with the problem had gone into many proposals in regard to repair work and had decided that strengthening with iron railway rails was the best method. It was proposed to electrically weld the rails Imrether In Hie form of a Y. These would be erected down the centre of the building so as lo be as tittle in tho way as possible and Ihe tops of Hip Y arms would support the roof. ’l’liis would prolong 11 1 0 life of Hie building for 10 or 12 years.

The proposal was approved, and it was derided lo leave the matter in Hie hands of Hie committee with power lo act.
