Democrat members of the House of Representatives in caucus to-day bound themselves to vote for the repeal of prohibition on Monday. The voting was 11.5 to 46 on the motion to hind themselves and was not taken o.; the proposed constitutional amendment. This assures that more than twothirds of the Democrats will vote for the Senate repeal proposal. Nearly two score Democrats gave notice that they desired to he excused from the iron rule of the caucus because of previous commitments made to their constituents.
