Ingredients: Two eggs, I heaped breakfast eup of sugar, I heaped hreakfaslrup of ground almonds, joz ground cinnamon. j brenkfnstrup cocoa. So/. Hour, jib icing sugar mixed with I tablespoon of water. .Method: Heal, whiles of eggs In a froth and mix willi sugar, almonds and cocoa, at the same lime blending in the cinnamon. Knead with Mill! cicnl Hour lo a paste, and roll out. Cut into hear! shapes and place mi creased tin. Bake in Hie oven. Cover with icing sugar and allow to dry.
