King George V.. and Director of Torpedoes, Admiralty, during the war. lie, commanded the Rattle Cruiser SquadI'oii in a world eriiisC, 1925-25. lie was Deputy Chief of the Naval fctaff, 1925-27, and principal British naval delegate at lien ova, in 1927.
