Every motor vehicle shall be equipped with & warning device attached thereto, other than a siren or bell and oapable of emmitting sound immediately when actuated, and clearly audible under normal conditions for a distance of not less than 300 ft. No motor vehicle shall be equipped with a siren except: (a) A motor vehicle used by a fire brigade for attendance at fires; (b) A motor vehicle used to collect milk or other produce from farmers in the course of trade. No motor vehicle other than an ambulance shall be equipped with a bell as a warning device. No person shall operate any motor vehicle having a warning device which is not in good working order.
