Public Trustee invites tenders for purchase of the property described below as a whole or as to part as also described below, either for i cash or upon terms:— All that piece of land in. the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 roods and 7 perches, more or le£s, being Section No. 175 of the Parish of Karamu, which said land was originally acquired by Frederick Zaccheus Duckett.
