Public Trustee invites tenders for purchase of the property described below as a whole or as to part as also described below, either for i cash or upon terms:— All that piece of land in. the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 roods and 7 perches, more or le£s, being Section No. 175 of the Parish of Karamu, which said land was originally acquired by Frederick Zaccheus Duckett. ForrimanA on the 20th March 1912 under “ The Public Works Act, 1908” and being Ihe whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title | Volume 192 folio 179 Auckland Registry AND ALSO all that piece of land in the said Provincial District containing by admeasurement 15G9 acres 1 rood and 15 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment No. 173 of the Parish of Karamu as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland under No. 3506 but excepting thereout those portions thereof containing respectively 2 roods on 21 perches and -1 acres and 2.9 perches taken by proclamations registered under Nos. 2770 and 5412 respectively, leaving a residue of 1564 acres 2 roods 31.1 perches, more or less, which said piece of land Is the residue of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 170 folio 287, Auckland Registry.
