NEW PACT SIGNED. SOVIET UNDERTAKINGS. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright. PARIS, Nov- 26. \ Franco-Russian pact of nonaggression has been signed. It con-, tains the following provisions. 1. no recourse to war and inviolability of territories,- including the French colonies and protectorates. 2. Neutrality in the event of a tiling party’s overt aggression. 3. Restriction of boycotting. The pact also prohibits the Soviet’* news propaganda. Russia gives a further undertaking neither to promote nor to favour anti-French propaganda or agitation. Further, the pact prohibits the Soviet aiding revolutionary bodies operating from Russia or elsewhere against Indo-China, Syria or North Africa. The paot Is complementary to the RussoGerman pact of 192 G guaranteeing Russian neutrality in the event of aggression against France or Germany. ! French comment deprecates exaggeration of the effects of the pact.
