(Received Nov. 26, 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 25 The Atlantio Shipping Conference decided not to continue fully the heavy cuts in rates announced earlier In the year. It was agreed that a 6 per cent. Increase be made in first and secondclass fares as the reduced rates had failed to materially increase passenger trafflo, causing several members of the conference to threaten to resign. The decision was generally acceptable.
