The number of financial members was reported as 3‘2. The election of officers resulted: President, Mr If. L. ThornIon; vice-president, Mr J. E. Wild; executive 'committee, Messrs HI. it. Wood, 11. Coulter, L. C. Mackic, T. 0. Mays, 'G. Rayner, ,T. L. Barton, B. Hobson, J. Tarllon and A. 1). Wallace; treasurer, Mr W. Pryde; auditor, Mr 11. A. Bradley; secretary, Mr G. Hodge. It was resolved to make an effort to enlist new members. A letter was received from the Retailers’ Association, relative to proposed amalgamation, staling that a resolution had been passed against the proposal.
