Runciman) informed Lleut.-Colonel Vivian Henderson (Conservative member for Henley) that the chief sources of imported apples in the last nine months were United States, 2,488,000 owl.; Australia, 1,683,000 cwt.; Canada, 92 1,000 cwt.; New Zealand, 57 2 cwt. The total importation of apples for Hie period were: Foregin, .'1,109,000 cut.; Empire, 0,200,000 cwt.
