NO AGREEMENT REACHED. THE AWARD TO EXPIRE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The marine oooks' and stewards’ dispute was again before the Conciliation Commissioner to-day. A number of machinery clauses were agreed to, but no agreement was reached as to hours and wages. A motion that the dispute be referred to the Court was lost. The Commissioner will notify the Clerk of Awards of the failure to effeot a settlement, and a month later the award will expire.
