- DECLINE IN NEW YORK. United Pr»s* Assn.—Klee. t<>i. nnnvrlght. (Received Oct. 28, 12.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Oct, 27. The British currencies continued to decline on the foreign exchange. On Thursday, the Canadian dollar declined by a seven-sixteenth to 00 1-8 Cents, and the pound declined a quarter of a cent to 3 dollars 27J cents.
