ALLEGED THEFT OF MONEY. REMANDED ON BAIL. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Wednesday. Matthew Prust Stewart (37), solicitor, was this morning on a charge of stealing fiOO, the property of F. G. Litchfield, on July 11, 1930. He was remanded to appear on November 10. Bail was allowed. The police said accused himself estimated his defalcations at £I6OO oc £I7OO.
