LOCAL OBSERVATIONS. . Miss Budd, or Balfour M. Irvine and Webster, Ltd., supplies the following observations of the weather: — Barometer. Wednesday .. 30.25 Thursday M .. 30.50 Shade Temperature. Max. Min. Tuesday . 60.0 37.0 Wednesday 60.0 38.00 The barometer Is extremely high and reads 30.50. Indications are for continued fair weather to-day, with seasonable temperature and brisk winds from a southerly direction. 4 degrees of frost (grass temperature) were recorded at Claudelands this morning. Mean temperature 49 degrees. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day are for variable and moderate breezes. There is a prospect of fine weather, days bright and nights cold. Barometer little movement. YESTERDAY’S WEATHER. The following official report was issued at 4 p.m.,
