not affixed to document. FINE IMPOSED AT WANGANUI. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.) WANGANUI, Monday. The first case in the district of failing to affix unemployment stamps to a document where wages had been paid was dealt with before the magistrate, Mr Salmon. Defendant, F. G. Clark, explained that he had left the matter to his partner to attend to, but it was pointed out that under the partnership lie was equally liable.
