The headless, decomposed body of an airman, presumably British, was found in the nets of a trawler operating between Scotland and the Hebrides. The only mark of identification was a trouser tab bearing the label: “Goodes’—officers’ stores, Portsmouth. The body, which was ’still attached to a parachute, is thought possibly to be some missing Irans-Atlantic flyer. \ .
