THE CAMBRIDGE CLUB. ANNUAL MEETING. The Cambridge Jersey Breeders’ Club held its annual nice Ling on Saturday, Mr R. Walla in presiding. The. yew’s operations showed that the financing was not becoming any easier. It was suggested that reverting to the old system of rearing a calf lo be sold in aid of club funds ' would bo more favourable than the guinea subscription. The demonstration held recently had been successful and achieved its objective, j The balance sheet disclosed that the year commenced with a debit ol 8s Cd and concluded with a debit of Cu 10s. ; The election of officers resulted: President, Captain Dillon; vice-pre-sidents, Messrs H. Wat lam and A. McFarland; executive, President and Messrs R. Waltam, F. E. Kntwislc, A. McFarlanc, J. B. Harvey, 11. E. Clow, A. Court, A. E. Peppercorn, A. Lntwislc; secretary, Mr J. B. Harvey; auditor, Mr Edgar lames. The annual subscription was fixed at 10s. It, was decided to hold the annual sale on October 5. The sale, will be open for pedigree bulls of all breeds.
