OLD MAN’S SUICIDE

TRAGIC DISCOVERY BY NURSE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DANNEVIBKE, Saturday. John Bird, aged 67 years, single, a patient at Dunnevirke public hospital, was found dead by a nurse last evening with his throat cut. He was formerly an inmate of the Park Island Home, and came to Danncvorkc after the earthquake in February, 1931. He had been confined to his bed for six months. It Is not known if he has relatives in the Dominion.
