BROKEN IN TWO. CREW TAKE TO BOATS. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright, LONDON, June 19. The Ferndale, which went ashora on Delly’s Rock, off the Alglan coast, broke in two at six o’clock tills morning. The crew embarked in the boats, but the captain, first officer and engineer remained aboard. The forward half of the ship settled down on the rocks. The after part remained afloat. Much cargo has been salvaged. Fifty members of the crew have landed at Algiers and are being repatriated.
