POWER CHARGES REDUCED. CAMBRIDGE BOARD'S DECISION. At a special meeting of the Cambridge Electric Power Board on Wednesday it was agreed to give a concession to all consumers by cutting out the rent of one meter, and to reduce the charges for milking motors by 5s per h.p. per annum. The concessions granted will save consumers apphoxlmately £570. The meter rent reduction will mean a saving of 6s a year to eacli consumer. The reduction in horse-power charges on milking motors will operato ns from August I, and will mean a reduction in revenue from Ibis source of £l5O.
