ROBERTS’ CONCRETE PRODUCTS.
PROMINENT SHOW DIBPLAY. ' A visit to the Waikato Winter Show this year will not be oomplete without an Inspection being, made of the stand in the Roots Seotlon on which the well-known Roberts’ Conorete Products are displayed. This firm, the headquarters of which are at 12 Grey Street, Hamilton East, has established an enviable reputation by the high quality of their manufacture over a long period of years. This la the proof that their goods are what they are represented to be, both in price and quality. Among the leading lines of their manufacture are conorete boiler casings, wash tubs, chimneys (all sizes),, well cylinders, pipes, concrete tanks, reotangular troughs, concrete tanks and stands complete, circular troughs, culverts, septic tanks, silos, flush cisterns, cemetery kerbs, fencing panels, and mineral lick boxes. Among their specialities is the concrete tank which is becoming, increasingly popular when limited elevation is available. The smaller tank, holding 400 gallons, is set on top of the larger tank', the latter holding anything up to 1000 gallons. Where pressure is required for the house or shed, connection ,1s made to the top tank, which is always full and overflows Into the lower tank in which is installed the .automatic switch. This arrangement gives ample pressure and volumes of water for all requirements. The firm’s all-concrete tank and stand also warrants special attention. This 'concrete tank is everlasting. Iron tanks at best, whether galvanised or otherwise, have a limited lifetime, es<peoially where Underground water is stored. The rusted out shells that litter the countryside prove how limited their lifetime really Is. The price of the concrete product compares favourably with the short-lived iron tanks, whose wooden stands are no more permanent than the tanks they support. By purchasing, therefore. a concrete tank and stand as manufactured by G. ,T. Roberts, the purchaser reaps the immediate saving and an improved job. as he docs with all of the Roberts Goncrete Products in which the workmanship is guaranteed. 42
