£5099 INVOLVED. TWO BANK CLERKS CHARGED. United Press Assn.—Eiec. Tel. Copyright. SYDNEY, May 17. Stewart McLean, aged 41, and Frank Phibbs, aged 42, were arrested 10-day on a charge of tho theft of £5099 from the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney, Ltd., where they were employed as clerks.
