The Lieutenant-Governor of Victoria, Sir William Irvine, has invited the leader of' the United Australia Party, Sir Stanley Argyle, to form a Ministry. Sir Stanley has accepted the task and probably will announoe the personnel of the Cabinet to-morrow evening. He hopes to form a composite Ministry, which will include .several members of the Counlry ‘ Party.
