LOCAL OBSERVATIONS. Miss Budd, or Balfour M Irvine and Webster, Ltd., supplies the following observations of the weather: — Barometer. Wednesday ..30.15 Thermometer. . Max. Min. Tuesday 60.0 40.0 Barometer 30.15, with a falling tendency. Indications are for fair to cloudy weather to-day and to-morrow with seasonable temperature and variable winds, followed later by unsettled conditions. Mean temperature, 50 degrees. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day aie for variable and moderate meezes, southerly moderate prevailing. There is a prospect of fine weather, days bright and nights cold. Barometer rising slowly. YESTERDAY’S WEATHER. The following official report was issued at 4 p.m. yesterday .
