(Received April 28, 9.30 a.m.) CANBERRA, April 28. The House of Representatives passed an Amending Financial Agreement Enforcement Bill through all stages by 43 to 13 votes. The bill will be passed by the Senate es an urgent measure today. The bill is more drast.lo than the original measure and covers up all loopholes for Mr Lang evading the enforcement of the Premiers’ agreement. The Commonwealth proposes to attach the whole of the revenue of New South Wales, and probably seize the money now held In the treasury vaults. The New South Wales members of the United Country Party waited on Mr J. A. Lyons, the Federal Premier, and urged the Ministry to proceed without delay to compel the New South Wales Government to carry out its obligations. Dr. Earle Page announced that his party was solidly behind the Government. He added that unless something happened to correct the position in New South Wales the whole of Australia would be involved in a general crash.
