GUILTY OF THEFT.
HOSPITAL EMPLOYEE CHARGED. ADMITTED TO PROBATION. <Bv Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Thursday. In the Supreme Court Edward Hughes, an ex-employee of the Seacliff Mental Hospital, on a charge of theft of £ 130. was admitted to two years’ probation. The evidence disclosed that prisoner is diabetic, bis life depending on rigid dieting.
