CRISP WHOLEMEAL WAFERS. 3 level large cups Risley’s Wholemeal, h lablesps. butter, I level teasp. baking powder, T teasp. salt, mix with milk. Rub butter into dry ingredients, mix to a stiff dough, roll out. cut, roll out again very thinly. Rake a light, brown, turn on oven shelf and brown other side. These crisp wafers are delicious buttered. A handy recipe, for afternoon teas and suppers. Make sure to include a bag of Risley’s Wholemeal on the next grocery order.
