CURLS ARE OUT.

According to the latest coiffeur fashions, straight-haired girls are to come into their own. Curls are to become quite demode; they will have to be permanently unwaved. The effect, to be aimed at is a “wind-blown ragged-robin” appearance, studiously untidy. .This, according to London experts, can only be achieved with great, care and expense, if unfashionable trimming is to be avoided. From the pictures of the new mode, however, it would appear that any small girl will be able to achieve something very near the new fashion by the simple process of not using a brush and comb.
