LOCAL OBSERVATIONS. Miss Budd, of Balfour M Irvine and Webster, Ltd., supplies the following observations of the weather: — Barometer. 29.95. Indications are for unsettled weather to-day and tomorrow, fair at. intervals; high winds from a northerly direction, with warmer temperatures, and scattered showers. Mean temperature, 60.5 degrees. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day are for southerly winds, moderate to strong. There is a prospect of fair weather. The night will probably be very cold. Barometer rising.
