PROPOSED RECEIVERSHIP.
APPLICATION TO THE COURT. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Conyris-ht. (Received April 23. 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 22. His Honour Mr Justice Bennett, of the Chancery Division, has granted leave for a notice of motion for the appointment of a receivership in the estate of the late Edgar Wallace, the author, who was thought to be a wealthy man, but has left no personal estate.
