ACCIDENT AT TAUPIRI

MOTOR CYCLE AND CAR COLLIDE. A collision between a motor cycle and a car occurred on Tuesday evenIn 0 between Iluntly and Taupiri, near the Mangawara bridge. Mr V. Begovlch, who Is employed by the Plri Land Company at Taupiri, was riding his motor cycle from Huntly, while Mr Spiers, with his wife, was proceeding from Ngaruawahla to Iluntly in a oar. The cycle struck the oar a glancing blow, Mr Begovlch was thrown clear, but was considerably knocked about on the head, arms and right leg. He was taken to a private hospital at Ngaruawahia. Mr and Mrs Spiers were not injured, but both car and cycle were badly damaged.
