Signor Melano, the Italian Consul, vlsltod Ingham on Christmas Day, and on Saturday was assaulted by several Italians, who are allegedly antl-Fasoists. The Consul had been visiting the hospital. The attaokors were beaten off by other mon but they took the Consul’s badge. There was a second demonstration In the evening, the Consul being struck by a glass thrown at him. Voices In the crowd shouted: “Kill him!” The police oleared the street and arrested one man.
