ANNIVERSARY SERVICES.

ROTOTUNA SUNDAY SCHOOL. t At the twentieth anniversary of the Rototuna Sunday School the Rev. W. j 11. Hocking occupied the pulpit at the j afternoon service. The Rev. J. Ilaslop conducted the evening service. The singing throughout the day was a special feature, led by piano (Miss Clements) and violins (Messrs Salt. Macdonald and Clements). A duct was sweetly rendered hy the Misses Margaret Coombridge and Joan Fullerton, as also was a solo by Miss Grace Clement at the afternoon service. At the evening sorvico the Misses Phillimoro and Clement sang a duet. The celebrations were continued in the form of an old-fashioned soiree and concert. Over 100 scholars and their friends partook of tea, after which the following programme was pleasingly rendered, with the Rev. A. O. Harris as chairman: —Opening hymn. Bible Classes and Sunday School: pianoforte duet, Masters lan Macdonald and Eric Clement; action song, Junior Boys; recitation, Miss Olive AUwood; lyric, Bible Class Girls; song. Misses Joyce Watson, Ena Baldwin and Jean Fullerton; tableau, “Dutch Girls," Misses \iola Micrs and Tui Griffith; dialogue. Junior Bible Class Boys, the cast comprising Eric Clement, lan Macdonald, Roy Booth, Bob Booth, Hector Macdonald, Ronald Bridson, Jack Keller, Bert Bridson. and Cecil Baldwin; dialogue. "Tho King's Daughter," by Junior Bible Class Girls, with Miss Dorothy Clements as King's daughter, attended by Misses Grace Clement, Tui [

Griffith, Ruby Watson, Viola Mlers, Margaret Coombridge, Joyce Watson, and Ena Baldwin, Miss Grace Clement singing “I Belong to tile Iving”; lyric, Senior Bible Class Girls; solo and • chorus, Miss Margaret Coombridge and Intermediate Girls; songs, Misses Dorothy Clements, Viola Miers, Tui Griffiths and Grace Clement; solo and chorus, Miss Ruby Watson and Junior Girls; action song, Entire School; dialogue, “The Haunted Room,” by tho Seniors, Including Mr Bex Norveil, Miss Katie Clements, Mr Bruce Silvester, Miss Rene Koilcr, Mr George Bridson, Miss May Coomb rid go, Miss Freda Coombridge, Mr Bay Koller, Mr Fred Clements and Mr Wallaco Thomas. Tho financial statement showed a healthly position, tho yearly contributions io numerous missionary enterprises being well maintained. The presentation of prizes was made by the chairman.
