LOCAL OBSERVATIONS. Miss Budd, of Balfour, M. Irvinw and Webster, Ltd., supplies the following observations of the weather:— Barometer. Monday .29.85 Thermometer. Max. Min. Sunday 53.0 5i.0 The barometer beads 29.85 and has very little movement. Indications are for continued unsettled weather today, fair at intervals, warmer temperature, winds mostly from a northerly direction and heavy showers. Mean temperature, 52 degrees. The Weather Bureau'wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day are for westerly winds, moderate to strong. The weather appears likely to be cloudy, unsettled and showery. Barometer unsteady.
