TATUANUI CLUB. * THE ANNUAL MEETING. Mr F. J. Shirley presided at the annual meeting of the Tatuanui Tennis Club, and there was a representative attendance of members. The annual report stated that there were 38 financial members last season and great interest had been taken in the game. The balance sheet showed a credit balance of over £3. Cash in hand amounted to £l3 and there were no liabilities. The following officers were elected: President, Mr C. Sing; vice-presidents, Messrs E. Poynter and C. Lynch; social committee, Messrs F. J. Shirley (chairman), D. A. Donald, J. E. Hillery, Misses Wilton, Hunter and Mundell; sple selector, Mr A. Wratt; secretary, Mr D. A. Donald; ladder secretary, Miss Mundell; delegates to Piako Tennis Association, Messrs Ilillcry ana Donald. It was decided to open the season on Saturday, October 3. The Walters Cup is to remain a challenge trophy, as was the case last year.
