GIRL GUIDES.
Bluebell Patrol, First Hamilton Company, writes: On Saturday our attendance was not very good, because some of the gir.’s were playing basketball or hockey at other places. We started our meeting by going to corners. There we learned up second class work. After about half an hour we learned “If All the World Were Paper.” We then discussed our social, which is next week. After that we learned most of the chief arteries and fractures for the Ambulance Badge. As it was then rather late we had roll-coll and were dismissed. Those who did not have to go home stayed for a while and played games to get themselves warm.
Kingfisher Patrot, Ist. Claudelands Company, writes.—Four o'clock on Tuesday last found us busy In patrolcorners—some at Tenderfoot work, and others at Second Class and Ambulance. After inspection and prayers we spent some time learning two new country dances—Black Nag and Merry Milkmaid. These proved very confusing but interesting. A short period in patrol corners was spent next, where the time was spent In handicraft. Next came a cockade an l cords competition after which we had” a sing-song. The slnglqp of Taps brought the afternoon to a close.
