REORGANISATION PROPOSAL. PARTIES TO CONFER. (Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Aug. 13. The decision made at Manchester to-day by the cotton operatives to negotiate with the employers on the “more looms” system, about which a serious trade dispute occurred during the winter, is regarded as an important advance towards the reorganisation of the Lancashire cotton industry.
