RAID RESENTED.
RUSSIAN REPRISALS. LONDON. August 5. The Riga correspondent of the Times states that the Soviet is indignant at the arrest of the staff ol the Russian South American Commission at Buenos Aires, following a raid on its premises. The tigpu is searching all over Russia for Argentine subjects to l>. held as hostages. The raid at Buenos Aires occurred on August 1. SO persons being arrested. Reprisals by Russia were threatened immediately. One charge laid against the Soviet agents was that they dumped Chilean products lu the Argentine.
