DANCE AND CARD EVENING

AT MATANGI. A fiance and card evening organised by the Malang! Ladles' Hockey Club was held in the hall on Saturday evening. Music for the dance was supplied by Mr R. Cranston and Mr Swann's radio-gramophone, extras being played by Mr J. Peterson. A Monte Carlo was won by Miss N. Tomlinson and Mr L. Hawkins. Mr J. Cameron acted as M.C. A flag fivehundred tournament was held in the supper room, the winners being Mesdames Hawkins and I. Robinson and Mr B. Libeau.
