BENDiEN’S DISCOVERY. GREAT HOPES RAISED. DIAGNOSIS AT EARLY STAGE. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. LONDON, July 29. Dr Bendlen, of Zieste, Holland, who recently succeeded in diagnosing cases of cancer from blood samples, has informed the Daily Express that he intends to come to England at the earliest possible date to meet medical men interested in cancer research. The doctor says he has been inundated by applications for treatment from sufferers who want to go to Zieste from all parts of the world as a result of the Empire. Campaign Funds test. It is impossible for him to cope with them and he is tired beyond relief. The new test is making famous the Cancer Hospital in Fulham Road, London. Numerous doctors, nurses and patients are offering their blood. It is hoped that Dr Bendien’s method will provide means for diagnosing a cancerous condition in its earliest stage.
