MAKE WHOLEMEAL RAISIN BREAD THIS WAY. 1} cups Bislev’s Wholemeal, 1J cups (lour. I tcaspn. sail, -1 leaspns. baking powder, ij cup sugar, 1 egg, ]J cups milk, 2 tablespns. melted butter, I cup raisins. Sift, Hour, salt, baking powder and sugar together and mix with the wholemeal flour. Add well-beaten egg and milk and mix thoroughly. Add melted butler and raisins. Put. into greased loaf tin. Bake in moderate oven I £ hours. Specify Bisley's Wholemeal Flour—51b bags' I/O, 2olb bags 0/0 —at all grocers. 27
