In paying a tribute to Mr Watson, the chairman of directors, Mr Mabin said his long years and experience in banking and finance, and what might be 'termed his solid and determined character, also his close association with the affairs of the Dominion in the past when crises had occurred, would he of very great service to the hank at the present time, and he would have a very valuable coadjutor in Sir Henry Buekleton.
