Barometer steady at 30.10. Generally fair weather may be expected to-day, higher temperature, south to southwest winds, hacking later to north, when conditions will possibly become unsettled. Mean temperature, 52 deg. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day arc for southerly winds, moderate and decreasing. There is a prospect of fair weather, and a hard frost to-night. Barometer rising slowly,
