SOVIET DELEGATES. MISSION TO JAPAN. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright. TOKIO, June 3. Special commercial delegates are expected at Toklo from Russia to confer, on June 12, with tho Soviet Ambassador, Mr A. Trojanowsld, and .lapaneso bankers and business men regarding credits, of which £5,000,000 is the minimum required of £30,000,000 hoped for. Russia requires steamers and agricultural and electrical plant.
