SEVEN-A-SIDE TOURNEY. FIXTURE AT STEELE PARK. THIRTY-EIGHT TEAMS ENTERED. The annual seven-a-side tournament arranged by the Waikato Hockey Association will be held at Steele Park to-morrow, ■commencing at 10 a.m. Three competitions will be held, 'two for men and the other for ladies. The men’s sections will he contested by six senior and seven junior teams, while twenty-five ladies’ teams have entered for the third competition. The teams, thirty-eight in all, are drawn from every part of the Waikato, and as far away as the Bay of Plenty, Thames, King Country, and Auckland. Owing to the limited time available for the large number of games to be played—about ninety—players are requested by the Waikato Association to be ready to commence their matches at the scheduled time. Attention is drawn to the rules, which provide that no team may replace a player after the first game has been decided. 'Each game will be played in two spells of seven minutes, with an interval of one minute. Also, two players offside, and allocation of points. Following is the draw for the day’s play:— Senior Men.
