CONVICTION OF SOLICITOR. CLIENTS TO BE REIMBURSED. NEW PLYMOUTH, Monday. In connection with the conviction of the solicitor, Harold John Moule Thomson and his clerk, Samuel Robert Barlow, for Hie theft of trust moneys, it is understood that the Solicitors' Guarantee Fund will reimburse clients in respect of sums lost since the coming into force ol' the Law Practitioners .Amendment (Solicitors’ Fidelity Guarantee Fund) Act. This, however, will cover only a portion of the loss. The Act came into force at the beginning of J 930.
