The chief conclusion reached by the International Conference of ii wheat-exporting countries which has been meeting in London was that were it possible a reduction in the area devoted to wheat should be undertaken. Press comment shows some disappointment at the small results of the meeting, but generally agreed that very little could be expected and that the conlacts established and views exchanged will lead lo results later.
