RIFLE SHOOTING.
MORRINSVILLE DEFENCE CLUB. The Morrinsville Defence Rifle Club held a further shoot for the Club championship and handicap, the results being:—J. Findlay, 46, 44, 12— 100; N*. Wallace, 47, 45, 4—96 ; W. McDonald, 46, 41, 7—96; L. Aitken, 43, 42, 8—93; K. Grigsby, 44, 43, 5 92 • J. C. Browne, 40, 43, 7—90; D. Campbell, 40, 40, 9—89; R. A. S. Browne, 37, 39, 7 —83. The Club also completed the competitions for the Watts' and Brayshaw trophy, which was won by J. Findlay. The results were:—J. Findlay, 172, 31—200; W. McDonald, 174, 14—188; L. Aitken, 170, 18— 188; D. Campbell, 166, 22—188; J. C Browne, 172, 14 —186; K. Grigsby. 171, II—182; R. A. S. Browne, 162, 16—177. The loading scores in the Club championship for tho Leeson Cup and • lie Butler Gold Medal are as follows.— K. Grigsby. 359; N. Wallace, 356; W. McDonald, 351; A.
